How long will we stay at each attraction?

The duration of each stop is entirely up to you, as long as it is within your booked service time. Feel free to adjust the itinerary according to your preferences. The driver will coordinate with you on the day to ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey. Please note that admission tickets are not included in the price; please check the package details for more information.

What is included and excluded in the fee?

Included: Vehicle rental fee, driver, fuel cost, hotel pick‑up and drop‑off, service fee

Not included: Parking fee, toll fee, guide service, travel insurance, attraction tickets, meal expenses, personal expenses, overtime fee

When will the supplier provide the driver and vehicle information after the booking is confirmed?

The supplier will provide the driver information via email 1 to 3 days before the departure date (Korea time).

What are the operating hours for this activity?

The time you choose (5 / 10 hours) is flexible, but the service period ends no later than 8:00 PM. Additional charges will apply after this time.

Will extra charges be incurred if I start or end this activity outside the service time?

An additional fee of KRW 20,000 will be charged per hour:

Where can I be picked up and dropped off?

Pick‑up and drop‑off can be arranged at any location on Jeju Island, including Jeju Airport and the passenger terminal. The cost of an airport transfer booking may vary depending on whether the destination is within or outside Jeju City.
