How long do we stay at each attraction?

The duration of stay at each attraction is entirely up to you, as long as it is within your booked service hours. Feel free to adjust the itinerary based on your preferences. The driver will coordinate with you on the day to ensure a smooth and pleasant journey. Please note that admission tickets are not included in the price; please check package details for more information.

What is included and excluded in the fee?

Includes: Vehicle rental, driver, fuel fee, hotel pick‑up and drop‑off, service fee

Excludes: Parking fee, toll fee, tour guide service, travel insurance, attraction tickets, meals, personal expenses, overtime fee

When will the operator provide driver and vehicle details after booking confirmation?

The operator will provide driver details via email 1 to 3 days prior to the departure date (Korea Standard Time).

What are the operating hours for this activity?

Your selected duration (5/10 hours) is flexible, but the service operates up to 8:00 PM at the latest. Additional surcharges apply after this time.

Will additional charges apply if I start or end the activity outside operating hours?

An additional fee of KRW 20,000 per hour will apply if:

Where can I be picked up and dropped off?

Pick‑up and drop‑off are available anywhere on Jeju Island, including Jeju Airport and passenger ferry terminals. Airport transfer booking fees may vary depending on whether the destination is within or outside Jeju City limits.
