One E‑Ticket for Jeju Shinhwa World Theme Park
All personal expenses and any expenses not mentioned in the inclusions
(1) Adult Ticket: Aged 19 or above;
(2) Youth Ticket: Aged 13 to 18;
(3) Child Ticket: Aged 36 months to 12;
(1) March, October to December: 11:00‑19:00 (Ticket counter closes at 18:30);
(2) April to May, September: 10:00‑20:00 (Ticket counter closes at 19:30);
(3) June to August: 10:00‑21:00 (Ticket counter closes at 20:30);
(4)*Actual operating hours may be subject to change; please refer to the park's opening status on the day of your visit for details;
When using the Shinhwa World admission ticket, please ensure to authenticate with the provided barcode. If there are changes in the number of persons after purchase or if only part of the group is to be used, please cancel all and repurchase. If you do not repurchase after a full cancellation and use a changed group (fewer persons), the unused portion will not be refunded.
On the day of use, present the barcode from the booking confirmation email on your mobile phone for scanning to exchange for the ticket.
Children under 36 months can enter for free with a valid identity document
Rescheduling is not allowed within 1 day before the usage date. If rescheduling is required, please apply at least 2 days in advance.
Cancellation is not allowed within 1 day before the usage date. If a refund is required, please apply at least 2 days in advance. A handling fee of 2% of the payment amount will be charged.
For users who paid via PayPal or Stripe, a handling fee of 4% of the payment amount will be charged.
