The specific sailing time will be adjusted according to the sunrise and sunset times in Jeju Island. After placing your order, please wait for customer service to inform you of the exact sailing time, and proceed to the pier at the precise time notified by customer service.
You must arrive 30 minutes in advance. If you fail to arrive at least 15 minutes in advance, you will not be allowed to board and no refund will be given.
When booking, please accurately fill in the number of passengers and passport names. If there are multiple passengers, only one person's name is required; if there are children, the names of both the guardian and the child must be provided.
You must fill out the registration form and bring identity documents, including for infants, toddlers, and minors.
The minimum tour group size is 10 people. When the number of participants does not reach the specified minimum group size, the tour itinerary will be cancelled, and an email notification of cancellation will be sent 0 days before the departure date.
In case of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision on whether to cancel the tour departure will be made 0 days before departure (09:00 local time), and notifications will be sent via email thereafter at any time.
Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 30 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying subsequent itineraries, late arrivals will not be accommodated.
If you fail to arrive at least half an hour in advance or do not bring your passport, you will not be allowed to board and no refund will be given. Please be sure to arrive on time and bring your passport.
Please present your passport directly on‑site.
Free cancellation if cancelled 5 days or more (inclusive) before the selected date, provided it is unused.
A 30% handling fee will be charged if cancelled 3 to 4 days before the selected date.
A 50% handling fee will be charged if cancelled 2 days before the selected date.
A 70% handling fee will be charged if cancelled 1 day before the selected date.
Non-cancellable, non-changeable, and non-refundable if cancelled on the selected date.
