The actual sailing time will be adjusted according to the sunrise and sunset times on Jeju Island. After placing your order, please wait for our customer service staff to inform you of the exact sailing time, and please arrive at the pier at the precise time advised by customer service.
You must arrive 30 minutes in advance. If you do not arrive at least 15 minutes early, you will not be allowed to board and no refund will be given.
When placing your order, please accurately fill in the number of passengers and passport names. If there are multiple passengers, only one name needs to be provided; if there are children, the names of both the guardian and the child must be provided.
You must complete the registration form and bring identification documents, including for infants, toddlers and minors.
The minimum group size is 10 people. If the number of participants does not reach the required minimum, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification of cancellation will be sent 0 days before the departure date.
In the event of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 0 days before departure (09:00 local time), and you will be notified by email thereafter.
Please arrive at the designated location 30 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying subsequent arrangements, latecomers will not be accommodated.
If you fail to arrive at least half an hour early or do not bring your passport, you will not be able to board and no refund will be issued. Please arrive on time and bring your passport.
Please present your passport directly at the venue.
Cancellation free of charge if cancelled 5 days (inclusive) or more before the selected date; unused bookings are fully refundable
Cancellation between 3 to 4 days before the selected date incurs a 30% handling fee
Cancellation between 2 to 2 days before the selected date incurs a 50% handling fee
Cancellation between 1 to 1 day before the selected date incurs a 70% handling fee
Cancellation between 0 to 0 days before the selected date is non-refundable, non-changeable, and no refund request will be accepted
