Jeju Private Charter

(1) Transportation expenses (fuel fee, toll fee, parking fee);

(2) Local tour guide / driver service;

(3) Chartered car company insurance;

(4) Vehicle damage compensation: maximum claim of USD 350,000 per accident;

(5) Personal injury compensation: maximum claim of USD 700,000 per person;

(1) Personal expenses;

(2) Attraction tickets;

(3) Child safety seat (KRW 20,000 per day, limited to one per vehicle);

(4) Overtime fee, holiday surcharge, excess mileage fee;

Between 08:00 ‑ 19:00

(1) 17:00 ‑ 18:59 → KRW 30,000/hour (up to 6 persons) / KRW 40,000/hour (up to 13 persons);

(2) After 19:00 → KRW 40,000/hour (up to 6 persons) / KRW 60,000/hour (up to 13 persons);

(3) Before 08:00 → KRW 50,000/hour (please contact the operator);

(1) Free within 5 km of Jeju Airport;

(2) Outside Jeju City area (e.g. Seogwipo, Aewol, Hallim): extra charge of KRW 30,000 ‑ 50,000;

(3) The driver or customer service team will confirm the itinerary 2 ‑ 3 days before the trip;

(1) Children aged 0 ‑ 2: free of charge (no separate seat); aged 3 and above: same price as adults;

(2) One child safety seat = one passenger seat;

(3) Please wait in the hotel lobby 10 ‑ 15 minutes before the pick‑up time;

(4) Service operates all year round except under extreme weather conditions;

(5) Itinerary may be subject to change due to weather, traffic or unforeseen events (no refund will be given for such changes);

(6) If the tour guide / driver needs to purchase a ticket to enter the attraction, they will wait outside the meeting point;

(7) A late arrival of more than one hour will incur an overtime fee of KRW 30,000;

(8) Please confirm the luggage capacity before booking; additional luggage may require a larger vehicle (subject to extra charges);

(9) Emergency contact information will be shown on the voucher;

(10) Driver and vehicle information (including licence plate number) will be provided by 18:00 (local time) the day before the trip. Communication will be made via email, WeChat, LINE, or WhatsApp as the preferred option;
