★Exclusions:
(1) Admission fees to attractions;
(2) Lunch expenses;
(3) All personal expenses and any expenses not mentioned in the inclusions;
★Important Notes:
(1) Gather and depart in front of Shilla Duty Free Shop at 8:30‑9:00;
(2) The tour lasts 8 hours. Overtime charges apply at RMB 150 per hour; less than 1 hour will be counted as 1 hour;
(3) If the tour lasts less than 8 hours on the day due to personal reasons, no refund will be given for the difference;
(4) Regular service hours are 08:00‑20:00. Services beyond regular hours are subject to a surcharge of RMB 200 per hour for night service; less than 1 hour will be counted as 1 hour;
(5) If you bring luggage during the tour, please contact customer service to confirm whether the vehicle can accommodate it to avoid affecting your trip.
No cancellation or changes are allowed within 3 days before the usage date. If cancellation or changes are required, please apply at least 4 days in advance. A handling fee of 2% of the payment amount will be charged.
For users who paid via PayPal or Stripe, a handling fee of 4% of the payment amount will be charged.
