(1) Luggage over 28 inches (inclusive) will be counted as 1 passenger, and two 20‑inch/24‑inch luggage pieces will be counted as 1 passenger;

(2) 1 baby stroller will be counted as 1 passenger;

(3) If you bring luggage for the tour, please confirm the vehicle capacity before booking. Any extra charges incurred due to luggage exceeding the vehicle capacity are non‑responsible and non‑refundable;

(4) If the vehicle service exceeds 9 hours, overtime fees will apply at KRW 25,000 per extra hour;

(5) Customized private itineraries are restricted to visiting one area only, e.g. Eastern tour or Southern tour within a day, to avoid wasting time on transit. An additional island‑round fee of KRW 60,000 applies if you wish to visit different areas in a single day;

(6) When exploring Eastern Jeju, Udo Island can be included in the itinerary. The ferry fare is KRW 10,500 per person. The vehicle will not enter Udo Island, and the vehicle and driver will wait at the port. Electric bicycles can be rented on the island for KRW 30,000. An additional vehicle entry fee of KRW 130,000 applies if you wish the vehicle and driver to enter Udo Island together;

(7) Jeju city centre pickup refers to locations within 5 km of Jeju Airport. If staying outside Jeju city centre, please book the 'Non‑Jeju City Pickup' package;

(8) An extra fee of KRW 50,000 per day applies for bookings during public holidays, including Chuseok, Lunar New Year, and Dec 24 to Jan 2. Please pay the extra fee in cash to the driver on site;

(9) Staff will contact you via WhatsApp the day before, please provide your WhatsApp number for itinerary arrangements;

(10) Line users please disable the 'Filter Messages' function and enable 'Allow others to add me by ID' in the App settings under Settings ‑ Privacy;
