What routes are included in this itinerary? Can the route be customised?

As this is a chauffeur service, the itinerary is fully customisable by you. You can choose the attractions and destinations you wish to explore on Jeju Island, enjoying a personalised and flexible travel experience. 

What is included in the cost? What are the additional charges?

This itinerary includes 5, 7, or 10 hours of chauffeur service (including driver), fuel costs, toll fees, and vehicle insurance. 

Additional charges may include attraction tickets, parking fees, child safety seats, and overtime fees. Please refer to the package details for full cost information.

After booking confirmation, when will the operator provide the driver and vehicle plate information?

The operator will send you the vehicle and driver contact information via email 24 hours before your activity date. They will also discuss the itinerary with you at that time and confirm the pick‑up details. Please ensure you can be reached via the contact information provided at check‑out. 

What are the service hours and the latest departure times?

Service hours are 07:00 ‑ 22:00. Based on the 5‑hour, 7‑hour, and 10‑hour package options, the latest departure times are as follows:

5‑hour package: Latest departure at 17:00

7‑hour package: Latest departure at 15:00

10‑hour package: Latest departure at 12:00

Where can I get picked up and dropped off?

You can choose to be picked up and dropped off at any location within Jeju. If needed, we also provide airport transfer services with a welcome service at no extra charge.
