Qinglan Guaigu Valley National Geopark is located in Zhangxi Town, Raoping County, Chaozhou City. It is a national geopark and one of the new eight scenic spots in Chaozhou.
Here, you can witness the "Three Wonders"—strange mortars, strange caves, and strange rocks—formed by volcanic and glacial activities 200 million years ago.
Over 3,000 glacial mortars are scattered around, especially the "Two Unique Glacial Mortars"—【Nine Snail Dan Mortar】 and 【Peach Immortal Mortar】, which showcase the extraordinary craftsmanship of nature to the fullest. The mysterious Underground River Cave features mortars within the cave and caves within the mortars, with water flowing endlessly for thousands of years.
In addition, there are landscapes such as the shaped stone forest and the layered waterfall. The large comprehensive geological museum in the park displays a rich collection of mineral specimens and dinosaur skeleton models.
