Han Wen Gong Memorial Temple: The oldest existing memorial temple in China dedicated to the Tang Dynasty literary figure Han Yu. It is a key site for understanding the cultural lineage of Chaozhou.

‘Dachao Guilai’ (The Great Tide Returns) Performance: A large‑scale immersive intangible cultural heritage stage show in Chaozhou. Integrating over ten intangible cultural heritage elements such as Chaozhou embroidery and Yingge dance with holographic technology, it features stunning scenes like the red‑headed junk ‘sailing’ into the audience, telling the story of Chaoshan. Kaiyuan Temple: The oldest Buddhist temple in Chaozhou, originally built in the Tang Dynasty, renowned as the ‘Number One Ancient Temple in Eastern Guangdong’. The temple preserves architectural styles from the Tang Dynasty onwards and houses precious artefacts such as Tang Dynasty stone sutra pillars and a Song Dynasty bronze bell.

Nan'ao Island: The only island county in Guangdong Province. The entire island is a National 4A‑level Tourist Attraction, known as the ‘Oriental Hawaii’, blending magnificent mountain and sea scenery with a profound fishing village culture.

Qing'ao Bay: The most famous natural seawater bathing beach on Nan'ao Island. The bay is crescent‑shaped, with fine sand and clear water, making it the premier spot for swimming, water play, and watching the sunrise over the sea.
