On the day of use, present the QR code at the bottom of the booking confirmation email on your mobile phone and scan it at the self‑service ticket machine to collect your ticket
(1)Additional charges may apply for certain facilities such as parking and game facilities;
(2)For hygiene and safety reasons, socks must be worn in the 3F Ice Park and Jump Park;
(3)Children aged 5 to 13 are permitted to enter the 2F Fishing Net Jungle Area;

No application is required for rescheduling; free access within validity period.
When customer service confirms with the merchant that it has not been used, a refund can be applied. A handling fee of 2% of the payment amount will be charged. If payment is made via PayPal or Stripe, the handling fee will be 4% of the payment amount.
