(2) Shuttle bus operating hours: Weekdays 10:00‑18:00 (closed 12:00‑13:00), Weekends & Public Holidays 09:30‑19:00 (closed 12:00‑13:00), runs every 30 minutes;

(2) Jebu Station: 18 Haean‑gil, Seosin‑myeon, Hwaseong‑si, Gyeonggi‑do (제부정류장 : 경기도 화성시 서신면 해안길 18);

(1) Exit Exit 10 of Sadang Station, take Bus 1002 and get off at Jeongok Port Terminal (사당역 10번출구로 나와서 1002번 버스 타고 전곡항 종점에서 하차);

(2) From Platform 4 of Suwon Station Transfer Centre, take Bus 1004‑1 and get off at Jeongok Port Terminal (수원역 환승센터 4승강장에서 1004‑1번 버스 타고 전곡항 종점에서 하차);

(1) Operating hours may change due to weather conditions or unavoidable circumstances;

(2) Tickets are valid for the day of use only;

(3) 10‑person cabins may be shared with other passengers;

(4) Strollers, wheelchairs, hiking poles, and other sharp objects are not permitted on the Crystal Cable Car;

(5) Lost tickets cannot be reissued. Please keep them safe during use;

(6) Individuals with physical or mental weaknesses, pregnant women, those with acrophobia, or other medical conditions should avoid riding when possible;

(7) Not responsible for accidents caused by personal negligence or loss of personal belongings;

(8) Even if a round‑trip ticket is issued and only one‑way travel is used, the remaining portion is non‑refundable;

Present the booking confirmation email sent by HanYou.com to redeem your ticket for the experience;

(1) Jeongok Station: Redeem tickets at the 1st floor ticket booth, board on the 3rd floor;

(2) Jebu Station: Redeem tickets at the 1st floor ticket booth, board on the 2nd floor;

(1) When booking tickets, please provide accurate and valid ticket holder information to avoid issues during redemption;

(2) No cancellation is allowed on the date of use. For cancellations, please apply at least 2 days in advance; a 2% handling fee applies. For cancellations 1‑2 days before, the handling fee is 50%. If payment is made via PAYPAL or STRIPE, an additional 4% fee applies;

(3) Payment must be completed within 90 minutes of placing the order. If payment is not made within 90 minutes, the order will be automatically cancelled and a new order must be placed. We apologise for any inconvenience caused;
