※ Operating hours may change during specific periods;
(1) For safety, please wear closed‑toe shoes such as sports shoes. Those wearing open‑toe shoes like slippers, sandals, or high heels may not be allowed to participate in the race;
(2) Please avoid wearing loose, long skirts or short skirts that may flip up during the race. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows easy leg movement;
(3) Participants must be at least 150 cm tall;
On the day of use, exchange your ticket at the service counter on the left side of the entrance with your passport and booking confirmation email;
1. No date change allowed
2. No refund on the day of use. For refund requests, please apply at least 1 day before, before 16:00. A handling fee of 2% of the payment amount will be charged; for users paying via PAYPAL or Stripe, a handling fee of 4% of the payment amount will be charged.
