Highlight 1: Known as “the most beautiful garden in the world”, it blends creativity, art and philosophy
Highlight 2: Showcases a unique Korean garden style, perfectly capturing the natural beauty and charm of Jeju
Highlight 3: The site features an observation‑deck café and a Jeju whole hairtail fish restaurant

Since 1968, this creative garden has been cultivated on barren land in Jeoji‑ri, Hangyeong‑myeon, Jeju City, by farmer Seong Beom‑yeong with unwavering determination. Covering approximately 13,000 pyeong and consisting of eight smaller gardens, it has been hailed as “the most beautiful garden in the world” — a space that fuses creativity, art and philosophy, and has now become a subject of international research.

The garden displays time‑honoured Korean traditional horticultural plants and bonsai, along with unique rocks, bizarre stones and ornamental stones, all naturally arranged in the gaps between the lawn plaza and the hillocks. Each stone has been meticulously hand‑polished and stacked.

Massive volcanic rock walls, stone gates, and waterfalls and ponds cascading in all directions blend seamlessly with buildings made of natural stone, showcasing a distinctive Korean garden style that perfectly captures the natural beauty and charm of Jeju.

Within the Spirited Garden, there is an observation‑deck café and a restaurant serving Jeju whole hairtail fish dishes.
