The tour departs with a minimum of 4 participants. If the number is insufficient, our customer service will contact you in advance to reschedule or refund. Please be aware of this;
(1) Attraction entrance tickets;
(2) Lunch expenses;
(3) All personal expenses and any fees not mentioned in the inclusions;
(1) Gather at 8:30‑9:00 in front of The Shilla Duty Free Shop for departure;
(2) 8‑hour itinerary. Overtime charges apply at RMB 150/hour; less than 1 hour will be counted as 1 hour;
(3) If the tour lasts less than 8 hours on the day due to personal reasons, no refund for the price difference;
(4) Regular service hours are 08:00‑20:00. Beyond regular hours, a night surcharge of RMB 200/hour applies; less than 1 hour will be counted as 1 hour;
(5) If you carry luggage during the tour, please contact customer service to confirm whether the vehicle can accommodate it, to avoid affecting your trip;
No cancellation or amendment is allowed within 3 days before the usage date. For cancellation or amendment, please apply at least 4 days in advance. A handling fee of 2% of the payment amount will be charged;
For users who paid via PayPal or Stripe, a handling fee of 4% of the payment amount will be charged.
