Minimum 4 persons to depart. If the participant count is insufficient, customer service will contact you in advance to reschedule or arrange a refund. Please be advised;
(1) Attraction admission tickets;
(2) Lunch expenses;
(3) All personal expenses and any expenses not mentioned in Price Includes;
(1) 8:30‑9:00 Meet and depart in front of The Shilla Duty Free;
(2) 8‑hour itinerary. Overtime will incur an additional charge of RMB 150/hour; less than 1 hour will be charged as 1 hour;
(3) If the tour finishes in less than 8 hours due to personal reasons, no price difference will be refunded;
(4) Regular service hours are 08:00‑20:00. Service outside this period will incur a night surcharge of RMB 200/hour; less than 1 hour will be charged as 1 hour;
(5) If you are carrying luggage during the tour, please contact customer service to confirm whether the vehicle has sufficient capacity, so as not to affect your trip;
No cancellation or amendment is allowed within 3 days prior to the date of use. For cancellations or amendments, please apply at least 4 days in advance, subject to a handling fee of 2% of the payment amount;
For users paying via PAYPAL or Stripe, a handling fee of 4% of the payment amount will be charged.
