(4) Advance reservation is required and subject to availability. Please inform the staff that you will be using this gift voucher when making a reservation;

(5) This gift voucher can only be used independently and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discount offers, consumption vouchers, cash vouchers, related benefits, coupons or points (including reward dollars);

(6) To modify or cancel a reservation, please contact the spa centre at least six (6) hours in advance;

(7) This gift voucher is non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, non‑refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If this gift voucher is found to have been resold, it shall be deemed invalid and may not be used;

(8) Venetian Macau Limited reserves the right to amend or vary the terms and conditions of this gift voucher or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice;

(9) In case of any dispute, the decision of Venetian Macau Limited shall be final;

(10) In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of the above terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail;
