(1) Tickets are only valid for the exhibition date and time indicated on the ticket;

(2) Each ticket is for one person only, regardless of age;

(3) Children aged 12 or under must be accompanied by a ticket‑holding adult aged 18 or above;

(4) Latecomers can only enter during the next session; the duty staff has the right to make relevant decisions;

(5) Tickets are non‑refundable, non‑exchangeable, and non‑transferable;

(6) Lost or stolen tickets will not be reissued;

(7) Photocopied, defective, soiled, damaged, tampered, or incomplete tickets will not be accepted;

(8) Holders of discounted or concessionary tickets must present relevant documents, including but not limited to valid identification or membership cards, for verification. Entry will be refused if eligibility for such tickets cannot be demonstrated;

(9) Tickets must be kept safely during the exhibition period;

(10) By participating in the exhibition, attendees authorise Wynn Resorts (Macau) Limited and Macau government authorities to capture their likeness and voice by any means (including but not limited to photography and video recording, editing, using, and publishing for the aforementioned purposes) for promotional use through any channels (including but not limited to television, internet, news media, newspapers, magazines) without any form of consent;

(11) Wynn Resorts (Macau) Limited (“Wynn”) reserves the right of final decision on admission, pricing, entry arrangements, and capacity, and reserves the right to add, withdraw, or replace any elements, alter advertising programmes, and change the exhibition content, timing, or cancel scheduled programmes without prior notice, and without any refund or compensation;

(12) For safety purposes and upon request, ticket holders may be subject to inspection and must open any bags, parcels, or other items they carry before entry;

(13) Any items deemed dangerous or inappropriate by Wynn (including but not limited to glass bottles, cans, or knives) or restricted items are not permitted entry;

(1) Wynn Resorts (Macau) Limited (“Wynn”) places great importance on the safety and comfort of all guests. Guests are advised to familiarise themselves with the contents of this policy and comply with it at all times. Upon entering the Illuminarium, guests are deemed to have agreed to and will abide by the guidelines of this policy;

(2) Guests must follow all verbal instructions from Wynn staff;

(3) The Illuminarium is an attraction utilising today's advanced technologies. The platform includes an advanced audio system capable of producing high‑volume sounds, floor haptic effects providing a sense of motion, and a projection system producing strobe effects. The attraction has two separate spaces, each offering different levels of audio, haptic, and projection intensity. The intensity level depends on the featured landscape;

(4) The Illuminarium venue is under constant CCTV surveillance to protect our guests, staff, and assets. The Illuminarium has supplementary security systems throughout its facility to protect its property;

(5) Bicycles, scooters, tricycles, skateboards, inline skates, or shoes with wheels (heelies) are not permitted inside the Illuminarium venue;

(6) Visitors using electric mobility devices are welcome. Due to the nature of the attraction's overall layout, design, and available space, the use of motorised devices such as Segways and electric scooters is prohibited inside the Illuminarium venue;

(7) Food and beverages are not permitted inside the Illuminarium venue;

(8) Adults are responsible for the care and behaviour of their children. Children aged 12 or under visiting the Illuminarium must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. This requires the adult to stay with the child at all times within the Illuminarium venue. If a child causes a nuisance or disturbance, the parent, guardian, and/or supervising adult may be required to remove the child from the Illuminarium;

(9) Guests may be held liable for damage caused to property within the Illuminarium venue;

(10) Without prior approval, no guest may organise any event that could be described as a performance, show, or happening, make statements or speeches, hold media events or photo opportunities, or organise organised guided tours of the Illuminarium (from Wynn);

(11) If Wynn deems it necessary, Wynn reserves the right to require persons already granted entry to leave the venue without refund, liability, or compensation. Wynn invites all visitors, guests, and employees to remind duty staff of any unsafe conditions, behaviours, or issues that compromise the experience, the enjoyment of others, or the safety of persons within the premises;

(12) Photography is permitted, but flash photography is prohibited. Tripods, lights, selfie sticks, or other external equipment are not allowed inside the Illuminarium;

(13) Commercial photography or videography is not permitted without prior consent from Wynn;

(14) All guests entering the Illuminarium do so at their own risk. All guests, particularly the elderly, pregnant women, and wheelchair users, should exercise extra caution when moving through the Illuminarium and exploring the artworks as the venue is dimly lit and the floor may be uneven/slippery. Please contact Wynn staff for any assistance;

(15) Wynn reserves the right of final decision on the modification and interpretation of this policy without prior notice;
