Participants must be at least 12 years old to join this activity;
Children aged 12‑18 must be accompanied by a paying adult; Children aged 12 and above are charged the same rate as adults;
Medical exemption is required for individuals aged 45 and above who currently smoke, have a history of smoking, or have a history of heavy alcohol consumption;
Height must be between 150‑200 cm, weight between 45‑120 kg;
Limited to participants under 69 years old;
Senior participants aged 60 and above must present a medical certificate;
Group size is 1‑6 persons;
Participants must wear a dry suit with a tightened neck collar to protect the body from cold water;
Not suitable for pregnant women; Moderate physical fitness and swimming ability required;
Change of clothes;
Warm clothing (base layer), waterproof outdoor clothing (middle layer), thermal underwear and thermal socks for snorkelling;
Contact lenses for glasses wearers, hiking boots (available for rent upon booking);
Voucher is valid only for the specified date (including time);

If cancellation is made within 24 hours after order confirmation but before the participation time, a 3% cancellation fee will be charged.
