(1) Pick‑up is available from any location in the Greater Reykjavik area – see here for details;
(2) For a comfortable experience, a maximum of 19 passengers will be arranged on a minibus;
(3) Sightings of the Northern Lights are not guaranteed; if not seen, free rebooking for the next day’s trip is offered (subject to availability), with no refund;
(4) For the evening tour, we recommend wearing multiple layers for warmth, and bringing a hat, gloves, scarf and waterproof clothing;
(5) Please check your email – the operator will send the itinerary on the afternoon of the departure day; be sure to also check your spam folder;
(6) If you are staying in downtown Reykjavik and your hotel is not listed, please proceed to the designated bus stop indicated on your accommodation voucher;

【Itinerary Reference】:
Departure: Pick‑up service. Optional departure times: 21:00, 22:00 (Please ensure you attend the activity at the time selected during booking) ‑ Shuttle bus begins pick‑up 30 minutes before departure
From 1 October to 31 March, the tour starts at 21:00
From 15 August to 30 September and from 1 April to 29 April, the tour starts at 22:00. The supplier will reconfirm the pick‑up time before departure. Please arrive 30 minutes before the departure time.
