(1) Passengers with high blood pressure, heart disease, pregnant women, and pets are not allowed to ride the rail bike;

(2) No refunds or changes for failure to exchange tickets on time or late arrival resulting in a missed ride;

(3) For the 12:00 session, it is recommended to arrive before 12:00 to avoid the lunch break when no staff are available;

(4) Operates normally in rain, except during heavy rainstorms;

(5) Maintain a safe distance of at least 20 metres; dangerous behaviours such as emergency braking and unauthorised disembarkation are prohibited;

(6) Avoid getting hands or feet near the chain and wheel rotating parts;

(7) Drinking alcohol and smoking are prohibited during the ride;

(8) Lost tickets will not be honoured for boarding or refunded;

(9) Each vehicle has a maximum capacity of 2 or 4 persons; overloading is not allowed;

(10) A risk liability waiver must be signed before boarding; the safety of children is the responsibility of their guardian;
