Seoraksan Mountain

Seoraksan is South Korea's most famous national park. The mountains and waters complement each other beautifully, presenting a stunning scenery that seems like a gift from heaven!  The peaks belong to the Taebaek Mountain range, with the main peak Daecheongbong reaching an altitude of 1,708 metres. In 1965, Seoraksan was designated as Natural Monument Protection Zone (기념물보호구) No. 117, and Seoraksan National Park was established.

Seoraksan in South Korea (also known as Seoraksan or Seolaksan) is the highest peak of the Taebaek Mountain range in the eastern part of the Korean Peninsula. It is located within South Korea, with an altitude of 1,708 metres and the main peak being Daecheongbong. The mountain is covered with snow for 5‑6 months a year. It serves as a hub for forests and alpine plants, attracting many hikers. It is a continuation of Geumgangsan and is often referred to as the "Southern Geumgang".

Nami Island

Located on the boundary between Gyeonggi‑do and Gangwon‑do in South Korea, it sits approximately 63 kilometres from Seoul towards Chuncheon. Known for its narrow yet laterally flowing waters, it boasts uniquely beautiful landscapes. The island covers a circumference of about 6 km, with an area of over 130,000 pyeong. In the centre of the island, there is a grassy expanse exceeding 80,000 pyeong, surrounded by lush forests of chestnut trees, white birches, ginkgo trees, maples and pines that stand like a folding screen. The island is equipped with various recreational facilities, accommodation, a zoo, a botanical garden and even pleasure boats, giving it the appearance of a comprehensive resort.
