For 30 April, 1 May, 2 September and 1 January in 2025 and 2026, each passenger must pay a surcharge of 100,000 Vietnamese Dong, to be paid directly on site;

For departures on 16, 17, 18 and 19 February 2026, an additional VND 350,000 per person is charged, payable directly to the driver;

(1) Children aged 9 and above are charged the same price as adults;

(2) Children aged 0‑4 are free, sharing the bus seat with parents; if attraction tickets are needed, the cost is borne by parents; each two adults can bring one child aged 0‑4 for free, from the second child onwards, a 50% service fee surcharge applies;

(3) The supplier will contact you between 16:00‑20:00 one day before the experience date to confirm the shuttle time and location;

(4) The supplier may refuse participation for intoxicated persons with no refund;

(5) Pets are not allowed;

(6) Holiday surcharge (30 April, 1 May, 2 September, 1 January 2025‑2026): VND 100,000/person;

(7) Lunar New Year surcharge (16‑19 February 2026): VND 350,000/person;

(8) All surcharges are to be paid in cash to the driver;

(9) Full refund available for cancellations made at least 24 hours (local time) before the activity date;

(10) In case of bad weather or force majeure, the supplier may cancel the booking and arrange a reschedule or full refund;
