Please present both the e‑voucher and your passport / valid ID

(1)Check in luggage at the hotel before 11:00; collect luggage at the following airport location between 15:00‑21:00 on the designated date;

(2)Gimhae International Airport (PUS) ‑ 2F Departure Hall, Gate 3;

(3)Please refer to the confirmation email from LuggAgent (Sample);

(4)If you have not received the confirmation email from LuggAgent, please check your spam folder or contact the operator via the email shown on your Klook voucher;

(5)LuggAgent will wait for 30 minutes. If LuggAgent is unable to contact the customer, LuggAgent reserves the right to cancel the order without refund;

(6)If the customer does not collect the luggage within 30 minutes of the selected pick‑up time, a fee of USD5 per 15 minutes (charged in local currency via credit card) will apply;
