[Instructions]:

1. The ticket is only valid for the specified route, sailing date, and time indicated on the ticket; no boarding for overdue tickets;

2. The boarding/alighting point for Hong Kong Water Taxi’s Victoria Harbour Cruise is at Tsim Sha Tsui East Public Pier;

3. Passengers must arrive at the pier ticket office at least 30 minutes before departure to exchange tickets; ticket exchange stops 10 minutes before departure, and the boarding gate closes 5 minutes before departure. If a passenger arrives after the gate closure time, the ticket will be cancelled without any refund or compensation;

4. In case of special circumstances such as weather or current speed, Hong Kong Water Taxi’s sailing times may be adjusted. Specific sailing times are subject to the ferry company’s announcement; passengers can obtain relevant information from the Hong Kong Water Taxi official website and ticket office;

5. For passenger safety, if special weather conditions occur during the voyage, the observation deck may be temporarily closed depending on the situation;

6. Passengers should keep their tickets safe and board the Hong Kong Water Taxi according to the itinerary stated on the ticket. Lost tickets will not be compensated;

7. If a sailing is cancelled due to special weather or vessel malfunction, ticketed passengers can apply for a refund at the ticket office within thirty days; online ticket purchasers can contact the relevant online seller for refund procedures;

8. Once sold, normal sailing tickets cannot be changed, refunded, or returned;

9. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision;

10. To watch the Symphony of Lights multimedia show, please take the 19:40‑20:35 sailing.
