The voucher is valid for 90 days from the order confirmation date, expiring at 23:59 on the day after the last day.
Please present the e‑voucher
(1) Children aged 0‑1 not occupying a seat are free of charge;
(2) Children aged 6 and above are charged the same price as adults;
(3) JR Pass is only applicable to non‑Japanese passport holders with a "Temporary Visitor" visa. Non‑Japanese passport holders with permanent residency in Japan are not eligible to use it;
(4) Please obtain a "Temporary Visitor" stamp/sticker upon entry to legally use the JR Pass. Using the automated gate will prevent you from obtaining the above stamp/sticker;
(5) Each adult rail pass holder may bring up to two children aged 1‑5 not occupying a seat for free. The third child onwards must purchase a children's rail pass.
Please present the QR code from the voucher and your passport at any JR office or green ticket machine to collect the physical ticket.
(1) Seat reservations can be made at the ticket office with the station staff;
(2) After obtaining the physical ticket, you can collect the reserved seat ticket.
Staff can provide barrier‑free assistance services
Partial refund policy: Exchanged physical tickets can be cancelled at JR ticket offices (Midori no Madoguchi) with a handling fee of 10% of the ticket price.
The voucher is valid within the exchange period. No refund will be given if the voucher/ticket has been exchanged or has expired.
Cancellation of the order before voucher exchange is subject to a 0% cancellation fee.
