(1) Toddler‑Parent Combo Ticket: 1 ticket for a toddler under 3 years old + 1 adult ticket for someone aged 20 or above (ID verification required);

(2) Children Experience Ticket: 1 ticket for a child aged 3‑12;

(1) Toddler ticket is limited to toddlers under 3 years old (relevant identification required);

(2) Children ticket is limited to children aged 3‑12;

(3) Children aged 0‑6 must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 20 or above;

(1) Parents and toddlers must enter and exit together; do not let children out of sight (in compliance with Article 51 of the Children and Youth Welfare Act);

(2) Follow on‑site instructions; bringing dangerous items (such as glass bottles, firecrackers, laser pointers, etc.) and outside food and beverages is prohibited;

(3) Staff reserve the right to prohibit children from using the slide if their trousers are too short or if they are wearing skirts;

(4) Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the venue; a cleaning fee of NT$500 will be charged if facilities are soiled by children's urination or vomit;

(5) Remove sharp objects and fragile items from children before entering; trim their fingernails;

(6) Both adults and children must wear socks (available for purchase on site);

(7) Keep personal belongings safe; the company is not responsible for any loss or theft;

(8) Those with fever (forehead temperature exceeding 37.5°C), infectious diseases, or special medical conditions (such as heart disease, epilepsy, etc.) are not allowed to enter;

(9) The supplier is not responsible for injuries caused by failure to follow the rules or improper use of play equipment;

(10) Visitor numbers are controlled on site; patience is required if the venue is full;

(11) Only lockers are provided for storing personal belongings;

(12) No pets are allowed except service animals with valid identification;
