Woodforrest DIY Workshop Experience

Price applies to all age groups;

(1) Children 90 cm or below (inclusive) enter free of charge and must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a DIY course;

(2) Children aged 12 or below (inclusive) must be accompanied by an adult to purchase and enter the course, with a ratio of 2 children to 1 adult; any excess must be proportionally adjusted;

(3) Individuals aged 12 or above but under 18 may complete the course alone, but must present valid identification and provide guardian contact information;

(1) Order will be confirmed within 48 hours;

(2) If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact customer service;

(1) Outside food and drinks are prohibited;

(2) Bringing dangerous items such as alcohol bottles, firecrackers, or lasers is prohibited;

(3) Only service animals are allowed; pets are not permitted inside;

(4) The activity is not suitable for strollers or wheelchairs;

(5) Running and playing are prohibited in the Wooden Forest;

(6) Courses start on the hour, with a single session lasting 2 hours;

(7) Course, tour, and some facility operating hours are subject to adjustments based on store arrangements;

(8) DIY area seating is assigned according to the store's on‑site arrangement;

(9) Visitors must remove shoes and wear non‑slip socks when entering the Wooden Forest; socks can be purchased at the counter if not available;

(10) Temperature checks and hand sanitisation are required; those with infectious diseases, cold or fever (temperature >37.5°C), skin diseases, or hand‑foot‑mouth disease are not allowed entry;

(11) Online reservation purchases are not eligible for mall parking discount service;

(12) Senyin Couple Experience Activity: The music box DIY kit illustration is for reference only; parts are subject to availability at the store and do not include licensed series products; natural material DIY course experience is not included;

Voucher is only valid on the specified date (and time);
