Selected routes at no extra cost, including 4‑hour plan with three routes: Route A ‑ Fisherman's Wharf to Tamsui Old Street; Route B ‑ Laomei Green Reef (seasonal Feb‑May) / Fuji Fishing Port to Isabella Beach Cafe; Route C ‑ Juming Museum to Jinshan Old Street. Routes A and C are recommended with a guide for an in‑depth understanding of Taiwan's cultural and historical sites. For custom routes, please fill in the remarks on the HOPETRIP payment page, with a maximum of 5 stops selected; the supplier will re‑quote. If not filled, Route A will be used by default.

Maximum mileage for the 4‑hour itinerary is 110 km, and for the 6‑hour itinerary is 130 km. If mileage exceeds by 1‑20 km, an additional TWD300 will be charged; if exceeds by 20‑40 km, an additional TWD600 will be charged.

The order will be confirmed immediately after submission. If you do not receive a confirmation message, please contact customer service. The voucher will be sent within 1 working day; please present the e‑voucher upon use.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the activity starts.

Vehicle models include Toyota RAV4 / Cross, Altis / Camry, or similar class vehicles. Taxis may also be arranged at no extra cost. Car colour and model cannot be designated and will be subject to availability on the day. 5‑seater vehicles accommodate a maximum of 4 passengers; 9‑seater vehicles accommodate 5‑8 passengers. Pets, ski equipment, surfboards, wheelchairs, golf clubs, and other large items cannot be transported.

　　(1) Groups of 1‑4 persons: Can carry up to 4 pieces of luggage under 20 inches, or 2 pieces over 20 inches plus 2 pieces under 20 inches. Single luggage limited to 28 inches (76cm x 51cm x 32cm); luggage exceeding 28 inches counts as two pieces.

　　(2) Groups of 1‑8 persons: Can carry up to 10 pieces of luggage under 20 inches, or 4 pieces over 20 inches plus 4 pieces under 20 inches.

Children aged 0‑4 must use a child safety seat as per Taiwanese regulations. Please book in advance. One child safety seat is provided free of charge; groups of 1‑4 persons can only install 1 seat. For groups of 1‑8 persons requesting a second seat, an on‑site payment of TWD300 is required, and a 9‑seater vehicle must be booked.

Service is available daily from 07:00 to 19:00.

Additional fees must be paid in cash to the driver. Charges are as follows:

　　(1) Cross‑district service fee: TWD300 for Beitou, Tianmu, etc.; TWD500 for Tamsui, Bali, etc.; TWD800 for Yangmingshan Back Mountain, Wanli, etc.; TWD1000 for Gongliao, Taoyuan City area, etc.; TWD1200 for Zhongli; TWD1400 for Daxi Westin Hotel, etc.; TWD1600 for Hsinchu City area, Jiaoxi, etc. For areas not listed, please contact customer service. Round‑trip fees apply for cross‑district services in both directions.

　　(2) Chinese New Year surcharge: On 2026/2/14‑15 and 2/19‑22, an additional TWD500 for 5‑seater vehicles and TWD1000 for 9‑seater vehicles; on 2026/2/16‑18, an additional TWD1000 for 5‑seater vehicles and TWD1500 for 9‑seater vehicles.

　　(3) Overtime fee: TWD300 per 30 minutes for groups of 1‑4 persons; TWD350 per 30 minutes for groups of 1‑8 persons.

(1) On 2026/2/24, Pingxi Sky Lantern Street, vehicle access to Shifen area will be restricted from 10:30. If the itinerary includes Shifen area, please depart before 09:00 on that day.

(2) It is recommended to depart before 09:00 on weekends and public holidays to avoid traffic congestion.

(3) It is recommended to purchase accident/travel insurance on your own; the insurance coverage does not include activities outside the vehicle.
