(1) If your pick‑up location is not on the hotel list, a surcharge of at least MYR 50 per person per way (depending on distance) will apply, payable in cash directly to the driver;

(2) The driver will depart on time. Passengers who do not arrive at the pick‑up point on time will be considered a no‑show, and no refund will be given;

(5) If your hotel is not within the pick‑up area, you can choose the nearest hotel as the pick‑up point, or book the "Designated Meeting Point" option to meet at the main entrance of Berjaya Times Square (in front of Starbucks);
