(2) For hotels in the suburbs of Kota Kinabalu beyond 10km, we reserve the right to refuse service; for hotels outside Kota Kinabalu city area, it is recommended to book the option 'Without Hotel Transfer'; if transfer service is booked, no partial refund will be given; we apologise for any inconvenience;

(2) Please provide correct contact information; those who cannot be reached resulting in failed pick‑up will not be allowed to request modifications/cancellations or refunds;
