(2) Shared transfer time may be earlier or later than scheduled;

(4) Please wait at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the pick‑up time;
(5) Please note: To protect the rights of other passengers, the itinerary will not wait for latecomers. Please arrive at the pick‑up point on time. No refund will be given if you fail to show up on time or are late;

(2) Pick‑up time: 09:00;
(3) Suburban areas (Nexus, Rasa Ria, Beringgis);
(4) Pick‑up time: 06:00;
(5) For suburban hotel transfers, an additional MYR 15.00 per person per trip will be charged. This suburban surcharge applies to hotels outside Kota Kinabalu City Centre, 1 Borneo, Nexus Karambunai Resort, Sabah Beach Villas & Suites, and Shangri‑La's Rasa Ria Resort. ;
(6) Hotels in the southern suburbs of Kota Kinabalu, such as: Putatan Town, Beringgis Beach Resort, Langkah Syabas, Szhnn Vacation Apartment. Due to different routes, passengers not on the same route will need to take a Grab or taxi to the city centre to wait. ;
(7) Airport transfer service will incur an additional MYR 30.00 per person;
(1) Although not mandatory, it is recommended to purchase accident/travel insurance on your own before participating in the activity;
(2) Not recommended for persons with limited mobility;
(3) Not recommended for persons with conditions such as high blood pressure or epilepsy;
(4) It is recommended to wear appropriate clothing for the activity (long trousers, long‑sleeved top/shawl, covered shoes);
(5) It is recommended to bring sunscreen/sunglasses, umbrella/raincoat, hat, camera, drinking water;
(6) Please ensure you are dressed appropriately before entering the mosque;
(7) Female visitors please pay attention to attire and ensure full body coverage. Please wear long trousers that cover the knees and a long‑sleeved top, or bring a shawl/scarf to cover your shoulders. ;
(8) Do not enter wearing slippers, shorts, vests, or sleeveless tops;
