Suburban hotel pick‑up applies to hotels outside Kota Kinabalu city centre, and additional charges apply for hotels outside the Kota Kinabalu city area. Suburban pick‑up time will be 2 hours earlier (subject to availability).

If the pick‑up location is in Putatan town, Beringgis Beach Resort, Langkah Syabas, Szhnn Vacation Apartment or other suburban hotels in Kota Kinabalu, or locations not along the same route, you will need to take a Grab or taxi to the city centre to wait

Chinese New Year Surcharge (17 Feb 2026 ‑ 24 Feb 2026): RM 35 per adult; RM 25 per child (please pay in cash to the guide on the day of the tour)

During the Lunar New Year period (28 Jan 2025 ‑ 5 Feb 2025), an additional fee will be charged. The adult ticket price is RM35, and the child ticket price is RM25. All travellers must pay the RMB surcharge to the local supplier using a Master/Visa credit card before the tour starts. If needed, please contact the local supplier for payment assistance.

Please note that before boarding for any island itinerary, if you have not cleaned your body, resulting in wetness or bringing sand onto the vehicle, incurring unnecessary cleaning fees, the supplier has the right to impose a fine of MYR 120 on the traveller.

Shared basis. This tour is on a shared basis; you will join travellers from different countries.

Punctual Assembly: Please arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time to wait. Your guide/driver will wait for 5 minutes after the pick‑up time.
