The voucher is valid for 90 days from the order confirmation date, expiring at 23:59 on the last day

Please present the e‑voucher

(1) Free for children aged 0‑1;

(2) JR Pass is only applicable to non‑Japanese passport holders with a “Temporary Visitor” visa. Non‑Japanese passport holders with permanent residency in Japan are not eligible;

(3) Upon entry, please obtain a “Temporary Visitor” stamp/sticker to legally use the JR Pass. If you use the automated gate, you will not be able to obtain the above stamp/sticker;

(4) Japanese passport holders who have lived outside Japan for more than 10 years may legally use the JR Pass, provided they hold (1) a valid Japanese passport (2) a copy of overseas household registration/overseas residence certificate issued by the Japanese embassy or consulate in the country of residence;

(1) After arriving in Japan, please present your exchange order and passport at any JR office at the airport or major train stations to collect your JR Pass;

(2) The exchange order is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Please redeem it within 3 months from the date of issue of the JR Pass;

(3) The exchange order is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Please redeem your JR Pass exchange order within this 90‑day period;

When redeeming the JR Pass, please ensure you select the activation date within 30 days after redemption
