(1) Regarding purchasing an upgraded front seat: Front seats refer to the first three rows. The final arrangement on the day is subject to the guide's discretion. Please be aware.
(2) The supplier will send an email between 20:00‑21:00 the day before the trip with the guide and vehicle information. Please check promptly. It might end up in your spam folder! During peak season, the email dispatch time may be delayed. Thank you for your understanding. If you receive multiple emails due to special circumstances, please refer to the latest one. If you have WeChat, you can proactively add the guide using the account provided in the email.
(3) If you require a private group tour, we will try our best to arrange it. Japanese law stipulates that commercial vehicles cannot be used for more than 10 hours. Overtime will incur additional charges (ranging from JPY 5,000 to 10,000 per hour). Please be aware.
(4) To ensure a smooth trip, please confirm the meeting point. Once confirmed, please avoid changing it last minute. If you miss the boarding due to a personal change of meeting point, no refund will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.
(5) Due to the long driving distance, actual arrival times may be affected by factors such as traffic and weather. The above times are only estimates. Please refrain from scheduling other activities immediately after the day's itinerary. The supplier shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to delays. Thank you for your understanding.
(6) Visit the Kawaguchiko Cherry Blossom Festival from 01/04 to 13/04; Kawaguchiko Momiji Corridor (Autumn limited: 1st November to 30th November; subject to official announcement); on other dates, visit Kawaguchiko Oishi Park.
(7) This is a shared tour; please do not be late for the meeting point or attractions. Latecomers will not be waited for and no refund will be given.
(8) Each person can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. Please indicate this in the "Special Requirements" section when placing the order! If you bring luggage without prior notice the day before, causing overcrowding and affecting driving safety, the guide has the right to refuse boarding, and no fee will be refunded.
(9) For the standard package, the supplier will arrange different vehicle types based on the actual number of passengers and cannot guarantee a specific vehicle model.
(10) In the event of severe weather or other force majeure factors, the park may delay, change the operating hours of rides or show times, or even cancel some rides and performances without prior notice.
(11) This product may be adjusted based on weather conditions. For your safety, staff have the right to ask guests to cease outdoor activities and will communicate with you to make alternative arrangements. The final decision is subject to actual conditions on the day.
(12) The transportation, sightseeing, and stop times involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual conditions on the day. In case of special circumstances (e.g., traffic jams, weather), the guide may reasonably adjust the visiting order of attractions or reduce the number of attractions after obtaining guest consent.
(13) Please be aware that as this is a group tour, there may be guests speaking other languages sharing the vehicle with you.
(14) During the group tour, you may not leave the group early or drop out midway. If you choose to leave mid‑tour, the unfinished portion will be considered you voluntarily giving it up, and no refund will be given. Guests will be responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving the group. Thank you for your understanding.
(15) If the registrant is a person over 70 years old or a pregnant woman, a liability waiver must be signed to ensure safety and complete the relevant insurance procedures. Please indicate this in the "Special Requirements" field when booking. The supplier will send the waiver document via email upon receiving the order. Please sign it in advance and send a photo back to complete the registration process.
(16) Seasonal activities (e.g., cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, specific blooming periods, illuminations, fireworks displays, snow scenery tours, hot spring seasons, festivals) are highly susceptible to climate, weather, or other force majeure factors. Specific arrangements may be adjusted, so please refer to official announcements. If there is no official notice of cancellation, the supplier will proceed according to the original plan. No refunds will be given if the blooming period or special event does not meet expectations.
(17) We will try our best to accommodate seat requests. However, as this is a shared tour, seat allocation primarily follows a first‑come‑first‑served principle. If you have special requirements, please inform us in the remarks section, and the supplier will do their best to arrange suitable seats. The final arrangement is subject to the guide's coordination on the day.

Arakura Sengen Park: A trendy new attraction, known as one of the "21 places photographers must visit before they die". It offers the perfect spot to view the full panorama of Mount Fuji. Climbing the 397 steps near the main hall, you'll see the five‑storied "Chureito Pagoda", allowing you to capture "the five‑storied pagoda, Mount Fuji & the townscape below" all in one shot.




【Oshino Hakkai】The so‑called "Oshino Hakkai" are eight clear springs naturally filtered by the snowmelt of Mount Fuji flowing through the strata. Oshino Hakkai is famous for its beautiful natural environment, with the sparkling pond waters blending seamlessly with the majestic Mount Fuji, creating a breathtaking scene that attracts numerous photographers from afar. Oshino Hakkai is a nationally designated natural monument.

Every summer, the lavender at Oishi Park on the shores of Kawaguchiko blooms in full glory, covering the park in a purple carpet that beautifully complements the view of Mount Fuji. In autumn, the burning bush (kochia) turns a vibrant red, its fluffy appearance especially adorable. The park also hosts the Kawaguchiko Herb Festival.
