(6) Individuals associated with violent organisations are not permitted to enter/participate in this activity;

(7) This ticket cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons, discounts, or promotional offers;

(8) After purchasing the hot spring package, please proceed to the designated area and queue up for entry;

(9) Once the pass is activated, it is for personal use only. The pass may not be resold or used by multiple people;

(10) Re‑entry is not permitted after leaving the premises;

(11) Children over 120 cm tall or aged 9 or above must use the hot spring facilities according to their gender;

(12) Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

(1) Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited.

(2) In the event of force majeure, such as inclement weather, the operator will cancel the activity and arrange a reschedule or refund.

This activity is not suitable for guests with prams or wheelchairs.
