Get off at Yokohama Station West Exit. A free hotel shuttle bus is available from the station. The journey takes approximately 5 minutes.

Guests with infectious diseases, hyperthyroidism, or tuberculosis are not permitted entry.

The hot spring may be hazardous for pregnant women, or individuals with bleeding disorders, high blood pressure, heart disease, or pacemakers.

Luggage storage facilities are available on‑site. Please ask the on‑site staff for details and fees.

This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons, discounts, etc.

Individuals associated with anti‑social forces are not permitted to enter the facility.

Persons requiring diapers are not permitted to enter/participate in this activity.

Re‑entry is not allowed after redeeming the voucher.

Guests with tattoos are generally not permitted to use the facility. However, if the tattoo can be completely covered by the designated cover stickers provided by our facility (up to two stickers, each measuring 11cm x 20cm), guests may use the facility after correctly applying the stickers.
