Voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time). Please activate the ticket on or before the selected date. The ticket is valid for 2/3 consecutive days from activation and expires at 23:59 on the last day.

Present e‑voucher

(1)This offer is not applicable to Japanese passport holders;

(2)Children aged 0‑5 can join this activity for free;

(2)Odakyu Travel Service Centre: 08:30‑16:30; Address: Opposite the automatic ticket vending machines, Odakyu Line Odawara Station; Contact: +81‑465‑20‑2266;

(1)Show the pass to the bus driver when boarding;

(2)If exchanging the ticket at Odawara Station, the fare from Shinjuku Station to Odawara Station is non‑refundable;

(3)The ticket cannot be exchanged at Odakyu Travel Service Centre Hakone‑Yumoto;

(4)Visitors can only take the Odakyu Line (from departure station to Odawara Station) for one round trip, with no restrictions on getting off midway;

(5)If train services are suspended due to severe weather, a refund can be obtained with the ticket at the Odakyu Travel Service Centre (Shinjuku West Exit or Odawara Station) provided the train has not been taken;
