(1) Children aged 3 and above are charged the same as adults;

(2) Minimum group size: 28 persons;

Meet at 11:45 at JR Ueno Station Park Exit; meet at 13:30 next to Minami 2nd Parking Lot at Tsukuba Station. It is recommended to arrive 10‑15 minutes early.

(1) The minimum group size is 28 persons. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum required as stated above, the tour will be cancelled, and a cancellation notification email will be sent 4 days before the departure date;

(2) Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes early to avoid delaying the subsequent itinerary;

(3) This tour is a local disbandment option. Transportation from the disbandment point to your home is not included. Disbandment point: Tsuchiura, estimated arrival around 9:30 PM;

(4) This tour is conducted entirely in Japanese;

(5) If the fireworks are interrupted or cancelled after the tour has commenced due to reasons beyond our control, your seat fee will not be refunded;

(6) The fireworks display may be cancelled or its content altered in accordance with requirements set by national or local governments;

(7) We may arrive at the venue early to avoid traffic control and congestion before the fireworks display begins. Therefore, you may need to wait until the fireworks display starts before you can enter the venue;

(8) It takes approximately 15 to 30 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the fireworks viewing area;

(9) Cancellation fees will apply for delays caused by traffic or no‑shows; the tour will depart at the scheduled time;

(10) As this is a group arrangement, requests to change meal contents cannot be accommodated except in special circumstances that may endanger personal safety (e.g., allergies or medically confirmed dietary restrictions). Please prepare your own meals if necessary. Additionally, no meal refunds will be provided, and guests are not allowed to take meals home;

(11) This service may operate using medium‑sized or small buses;

(12) This tour may be joined by participants of domestic group tours;

(13) Customers who drive to the Minami 2nd Parking Lot meeting point at Tsukuba Station can park for free, but prior registration is required. Please contact us at least two days in advance. Please note that neither we nor Minami 2nd Parking Lot at Tsukuba Station are responsible for any theft, accidents, etc. that occur within the parking lot;
