Taipei 101 Observatory Ticket


This price applies to all age groups.
(1) Age must be between 12‑75 years old;
(2) Weight range 30‑120 kg;
(3) Height must be at least 145 cm;
(1) Cancel 7 days before the activity date to enjoy a 100% refund. For details, contact Hopetrip customer service;
(2) Cancellation within 7 days before the activity will not be refunded;
(3) Changes/cancellations must be notified and confirmed 7 days in advance, otherwise a full refund cannot be made;
(4) If the activity is cancelled due to force majeure/extreme weather, you can choose to reschedule or get a full refund;
(1) Individuals with high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc., pregnant women, and the elderly are not recommended to participate;
(2) Persons with limited mobility and wheelchair users are not recommended to participate;
(3) Bringing dangerous items such as alcohol bottles, firecrackers, and lasers into the venue is prohibited;
(4) Drunk persons may be denied entry without a refund;
(1) Voucher is valid only for the specified date and time;
(2) Business hours are daily (including statutory holidays) 11:00‑21:00, last entry at 20:15;
(3) Experience sessions are at 14:00 or 15:00, each approximately 50 minutes; if the 14:00 session has fewer than 7 participants, it will be postponed to the 15:00 session;
(4) An electronic voucher and a valid ID must be presented;
(5) Check in at the 5th floor ticket counter 30 minutes before the experience, fill out a safety declaration, and wait for guidance;
(6) Once the ticket is redeemed, no refund will be accepted;

Cancellation within 7 days before the event start date is non-refundable. Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before the event start date.
