Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure. The bus will depart on time. Please be sure to observe the boarding time. The company is not responsible for any guests who arrive after the bus has departed. Please take note.
Bus arrival may be delayed due to traffic jams or bad weather.
This tour may be cancelled due to natural disasters or abnormal weather. In such cases, please contact us to confirm the departure status.
If the number of participants is small, a Hiace or minibus will be used to transport guests, and the driver will also serve as the tour guide.
Skiing is an exciting sport. The instructor is responsible for teaching skiing knowledge and techniques, but not for personal safety. At the same time, the instructor cannot attend to all guests in the group. Please always ski within your limits.
For free skiing, please choose slopes carefully according to your own skiing level, and be sure to pay attention to safety, avoiding intermediate to advanced difficulty ski areas.
This itinerary does not include insurance. It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance or accident insurance beforehand.
If the activity is cancelled due to bad weather or other force majeure factors, a full refund will be provided.
Depending on the ski resort's operational status, we may cancel the itinerary or change the ski resort. If we cancel the itinerary, a full refund will be given.
Please bring your own gloves. If you do not have any, you can also purchase them on‑site at a cost of approximately 1,000 yen.
