After logging in, you can select the date, station, time slot, and number of passengers to place an order.
Check your email or the order management section to view your e‑ticket. Present the e‑ticket at the station for check‑in and board the bus.
Children under 3 years old are free of charge and do not occupy a seat. Children aged 3 and above are charged the same price as adults.
The journey takes approximately 2 hours. Please arrive at the station 10‑15 minutes before departure to wait for the bus. Latecomers will not be accommodated and the ticket will be void.
(1) Each passenger may carry one piece of luggage with maximum dimensions of 55CM x 45CM x 20CM (i.e., 22 inches x 18 inches x 8 inches) and a maximum weight of 10 kilograms (i.e., 22 lbs), plus one piece of hand luggage with maximum dimensions of 37.5CM x 25CM x 15CM (i.e., 15 inches x 10 inches x 6 inches).
(2) The bus company reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to refuse to allow excessively heavy, long, or large luggage (where the sum of length, width, and height does not exceed 120CM) and any other items deemed unsuitable for boarding on the bus. Passengers shall not object to such decisions.
(3) For excess luggage, the company reserves the right to require passengers to purchase an additional luggage ticket. To/from Hong Kong International Airport, the charge is the price of a child ticket (for routes without a child ticket option, the adult ticket price applies). To/from Hong Kong urban areas / Hong Kong Disneyland / Tung Chung Citygate, the charge is the price of an adult ticket.
1. Change Rules (Application Time: 09:00-20:00, contact customer service to apply)
1. For departures more than 3 hours before, each ticket is entitled to one free change. A change fee of HKD 20 will be charged for the second change onwards. A maximum of 3 changes is allowed. Changed tickets are non-refundable.
2. Cross-route changes are not accepted. Only changes to date, departure time, and boarding/alighting stops are allowed.
3. Situations where changes are not allowed:
(1). Changes are not allowed within 3 hours before departure or after departure.
(2). The desired bus for the change is fully booked.
(3). Orders where tickets have already been collected or printed in advance.
2. Refund Rules (Self-service application can be submitted in the order, or contact customer service)
1. 48 hours or more before departure: 15% handling fee
2. Within 24-48 hours before departure: 25% handling fee
3. Within 3-24 hours before departure: 50% handling fee
4. Situations where refunds are not allowed:
(1). Refunds are not allowed within less than 3 hours before departure or after departure.
(2). For round-trip packages (2 tickets), single ticket refund is not allowed; both tickets must be returned together.
(3). Changed tickets are non-refundable.
(4). Orders where tickets have already been collected or printed in advance.
