You can view the e‑ticket in your email or under Order Management. Present the e‑ticket at the station for check‑in and board the coach.

Children under 3 years old are free of charge and do not occupy a seat. Children aged 3 and above are charged the same price as adults.

The journey takes approximately 2 hours. Please arrive at the station 10‑15 minutes before your scheduled departure. Latecomers will not be accommodated and the ticket will be forfeited.

(1) Each passenger may carry one piece of luggage, with maximum dimensions of 55CM x 45CM x 20CM (22 inches x 18 inches x 8 inches) and a maximum weight of 10 kilograms (22 pounds), plus one piece of hand luggage with maximum dimensions of 37.5CM x 25CM x 15CM (15 inches x 10 inches x 6 inches).

(2) The coach company reserves the absolute discretion to refuse loading of any luggage that is exceptionally heavy, long, or large (limited to a total of length, width, and height not exceeding 120CM), as well as other items deemed unsuitable for boarding at the company's sole discretion. Passengers shall not object.

(3) For excess luggage, the company has the right to require passengers to purchase an additional luggage ticket. The fare for to/from Hong Kong International Airport is equivalent to a child ticket price (for routes without a child ticket price, the adult ticket price applies). The fare for to/from Hong Kong Urban Area / Hong Kong Disneyland / Tung Chung Citygate is equivalent to an adult ticket price.
