Minimum 4 persons to start the tour. If the number is insufficient, customer service will contact you in advance for rescheduling or refund. Please be aware;
(1) Admission tickets to attractions;
(2) Lunch cost;
(3) All personal expenses and any cost not mentioned in the included items;
(1) Gather and depart at 8:30‑9:00 in front of Shilla Duty Free Shop;
(2) 8‑hour itinerary. Overtime charge of RMB 150 per hour applies; less than 1 hour counts as 1 hour;
(3) If the tour is less than 8 hours due to personal reasons on the day, no refund for the difference;
(4) Regular service hours are 08:00‑20:00. Beyond regular hours, a night surcharge of RMB 200 per hour applies; less than 1 hour counts as 1 hour;
(5) If bringing luggage during the itinerary, please contact customer service to confirm whether the vehicle can accommodate it to avoid affecting the trip;

No refund or change within 3 days before the date of use. For refund or change, please apply at least 4 days in advance. A handling fee of 2% of the payment amount will be charged;
For users paying via PayPal or Stripe, a handling fee of 4% of the payment amount will be charged.
