A minimum of 4 passengers is required for the tour to operate. If the quota is not met, customer service will contact you in advance for rescheduling or a full refund. Thank you for your understanding;

(2) Lunch expenses;
(3) All personal expenses and any other expenses not mentioned in the inclusions;
(1) Assemble and depart in front of The Shilla Duty Free Shop between 8:30 and 9:00;
(2) 8‑hour itinerary. Overtime charges apply at HKD/RMB 150 per hour if exceeded; periods under 1 hour will be rounded up to 1 hour;
(3) No refund will be provided for any unused hours if the tour ends in less than 8 hours due to personal reasons;
(4) Standard service hours are 08:00–20:00. An overtime night surcharge of 200 per hour applies outside standard hours; periods under 1 hour will be rounded up to 1 hour;
(5) If you are bringing luggage during the trip, please contact customer service in advance to confirm whether the vehicle capacity is sufficient to avoid impacting your trip;
No cancellation or amendment is allowed within 3 days prior to the date of use. For cancellations or amendments, please submit an application at least 4 days in advance, subject to a handling fee of 2% of the payment amount;
For users paying via PayPal or Stripe, a handling fee of 4% of the payment amount will be charged.
