Itinerary Fees & Notes

Fee includes:

　　(1) Vehicle + driver;

Fee excludes:

　　(1) Scenic spot tickets;

　　(2) Lunch cost;

　　(3) All personal expenses and any costs not mentioned in the fee includes section;

A minimum of 4 participants is required for the tour. If the number is insufficient, our customer service will contact you in advance to reschedule or refund, please be advised;

Notes:

　　(1) Assemble and depart in front of Shilla Duty Free at 8:30‑9:00;

　　(2) 8‑hour itinerary, if overtime occurs, an additional overtime fee of RMB 150/hour will be charged; less than 1 hour will be counted as 1 hour;

　　(3) If the tour is less than 8 hours on the day due to personal reasons, no refund will be given for the difference;

　　(4) Regular service hours are 08:00‑20:00, beyond the regular scope, an additional night surcharge of RMB 200/hour will be charged, less than 1 hour will be counted as 1 hour;

　　(5) If bringing luggage during the itinerary, please contact customer service to confirm if the vehicle can accommodate it to avoid affecting the trip;

Cancellation policy

Conditional cancellation & changes apply.Eligible for refund or exchange if the following conditions are met.

No refund or change within 3 days before the use date. For refund or change, please apply at least 4 days in advance. A processing fee of 2% of the payment amount will be charged.

For users paying via PayPal or Stripe, a processing fee of 4% of the payment amount will be charged.
