Apart from the fixed ferry schedules, boarding at other times requires a minimum of 9 people or payment of the fare difference;

Boarding point: Proceed to Pier 2 at Nam Kong with booking information to board the speedboat to the island (use booking info to enter Pier 2 for speedboat, no need to exchange tickets at the service station; exchange tickets at the Delta Island pier ticket counter upon arrival);

Fixed ferry schedules for entering and leaving the island: Boarding ferries at 10:00 and 14:30, departing ferries at 12:30 and 17:00;

Latest return time is 17:00;

After 17:00, the cost of departing the island by boat must be borne by yourself, and the main island is not responsible;

Please keep your ticket safe. If lost or damaged, you will need to purchase a replacement ticket at your own expense.

Individual tickets (for groups under 9 people, height above 1.2 metres, inclusive of round‑trip boat ticket + island entrance ticket);

The applicable ticket type will be determined by pier staff after measuring the child’s height;

Due to limited speedboat seating, members of the same party may board different boats to the island. Please follow the on‑site staff’s instructions for order;

Individuals with high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, asthma, and pregnant women are prohibited from boarding the boat to the island;

To ensure a pleasant journey and minimise unnecessary hassles, local boat operators may solicit passengers for charter services en route to the pier. You may simply ignore them and respond that you have already booked tickets online. If you encounter any usage issues, please contact customer service.
