Check‑in method: Please bring a valid personal identification document (one document per person) and provide your name and mobile phone number at the hotel front desk to check in.

Check‑in after 14:00 daily, check‑out before 12:00 the next day. Late check‑out will incur additional charges: 50% of the room rate if checked out before 18:00 on the same day, and a full day’s room rate if checked out after 18:00.

A security deposit is required upon check‑in (amount subject to the hotel’s policy). The deposit will be fully refunded upon check‑out provided there is no damage to property or other charges incurred.

Each room can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults. Children under 1.1m (excluding) who do not occupy a bed stay free of charge.

To ensure the safety and quality of sleep for you and other guests, please do not bring pets into the hotel.

Reservations are refundable if not confirmed or not successfully booked. Once a booking is successfully confirmed, no cancellation or modification is allowed.

Complimentary parking is available at the hotel.

Guests with severe heart disease, high blood pressure, physical discomfort, or those who are pregnant should not enter the hot spring pools unless permitted by a doctor and accompanied by a specialist.

Please bring your own swimwear, towel, and all hot spring supplies. Lockers, slippers, towels, etc., are provided free of charge in the hot spring area.

Check‑in: Must register with a valid personal identification document (e.g., ID card, driving license, travel permit, passport). If you forget your document, you can go to the local police station to apply for a temporary ID card. One document per person is mandatory; check‑in will not be processed without a valid ID. For group bookings, the guest arranged by the tour guide to check in must match the registered document. Please be aware.

Kunshan Gorge Rafting Price for Hotel Guests:

Starting from July 15: Half‑course: HKD120/person; Full‑course: HKD170/person (approximately 20 minutes drive from the hotel, self‑driving required).

Note:

Children under 1.1m and individuals aged 60 or above are not allowed to participate in rafting (price is the same for all sizes, no free admission policy). Rafting may be suspended due to weather conditions or river maintenance. The specific opening times and dates are subject to the hotel’s arrangement.
