Cancellation allowed with conditions

Cancellation request made on or before 18:00 (inclusive) 1 day before the use date: 20% cancellation fee;

Cancellation request made after 18:00 1 day before the use date: 100% cancellation fee;

If a discount is used, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the pre‑discount amount, with the maximum not exceeding the actual amount paid.

Partial cancellation is not supported for this product.
