(1) Ticket collection method: Present your passport and the booking confirmation email on your mobile phone on the day of visit;
(2) Fee includes: Ticket to Aqua Planet Gyeonggi Aquarium (Water Planet), available for non‑Korean nationals only;
(3) Fee excludes: Other personal expenses and fees not mentioned in the inclusions;
(4) Discount policy: Free for children under 36 months, must bring a passport;
(5) Opening hours: Monday to Sunday 10:30‑19:30 (last entry at 18:30);
(6) Remarks: Actual operating conditions may change, please refer to the venue's opening status on the day of visit;

Rescheduling is not allowed on the day of use. If you need to reschedule, please apply at least 1 day in advance.
Cancellation is not allowed on the day of use. If you need to cancel, please apply at least 1 day in advance. A handling fee of 2% of the payment amount will be charged.
For users paying via PayPal or Stripe, a handling fee of 4% of the payment amount will be charged.
