Booking Remarks: Guest names (in Chinese and English phonetic spelling, at least 1 person per room, maximum 2 persons, the names provided must match the identification documents presented upon check‑in).

Warm Reminder: For check‑ins from March 2018 onwards, each room can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests (two adults and two children).

Extra bed charge at the resort hotel is HKD 550/night.

Breakfast add‑on reference: Weekdays HKD 400/person, Weekends HKD 600/person.

Check‑in Procedure: Present valid travel documents (Mainland Chinese citizens use Travel Permits, Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan residents and foreigners use passports) along with the hotel confirmation number at the hotel front desk to check in.

Check‑in after 15:00 daily (subject to hotel occupancy rate on the day), check‑out before 12:00 the following day. Late check‑out will incur additional charges: before 18:00, half of the hotel's rack rate; after 18:00, a full day's rack rate.

A deposit is required upon check‑in (amount determined by the hotel). The deposit will be fully refunded upon check‑out if no damage to property or other charges are incurred.

To ensure the safety and quality sleep of all guests, please do not bring pets into the hotel.

Breakfast Policy: Children under 3 years old (excluding 3) dine free of charge. Children aged 3‑12 (excluding 12) need to purchase children's breakfast. Guests aged 12 and above are charged at adult rates. Please inquire and purchase at the hotel front desk (breakfast prices are subject to change, please refer to the hotel's official announcement).

Free shuttle bus service is available within the resort area, connecting Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, Disney's Hollywood Hotel, Disney Explorers Lodge, and Hong Kong Disneyland.

Shuttle buses run every 10‑20 minutes, depending on the time of day, departing from the right side of the hotel's main entrance.

06:00‑08:00: Departs from Disney Public Transport Interchange every 20 minutes;

08:00‑00:00: Departs from Disney Public Transport Interchange every 10‑15 minutes;

00:00‑01:00: Departs from Disney Public Transport Interchange every 20 minutes;

01:00‑06:00: Shuttle service during this period is available upon request. Please inquire at the front desk of your Disney hotel;
