You can head to the Paramount on Shanghai Street or the Ming and Qing Imperial Palaces to watch spectacular shows: ‘The Grand Coronation Ceremony – Wedding Parade’ displays the lively and meticulous aspects of traditional Chinese imperial weddings, while ‘Starlight Showcase’ and ‘Resonant Dance’ bring together impressive martial arts and acrobatics. Previously, the Hong Kong Street, which was first completed in the film base, has already hosted several film crews. Film and television works shot on location in this scenic area include: ‘The Final Fight’ and TVB’s ‘Always and Ever’, ‘No Reserve’, ‘Saints and Sinners’, ‘The Successor’, and so on. The Xiqiao Mountain National Arts Film and Television City project will gradually expand. Besides providing film and television production, it will also plan to build functional studios of 1,500 square metres and 3,000 square metres for various uses such as television programme recording and indoor concerts, and will prepare to establish a comprehensive production and sales chain for film and art personnel, training various types of film and television professionals.
