Square Bamboo Garden, Camellia Garden

Square Bamboo Garden is named after the square bamboos which are a specialty of the mountain and are planted all over the garden. Square bamboo grows 3 to 4 metres tall, has a square stem, narrow leaves and distinct nodes, making it a precious ornamental bamboo.

Camellia Garden covers an area of over 250 mu and features more than 50 varieties of camellia, including the six‑petal bright red camellia, the mandarin duck crested camellia, Mr. Park's camellia, and the multi‑colour pink Carter camellia. Camellias bloom from November each year to March of the following year. The main attractions in this scenic area include Square Bamboo Garden, Hundred Bamboo Garden, Baofeng Scenic Spot, and the Old Tea Forest. The Old Tea Forest, adjacent to the ruins of Baofeng Temple, covers over 200 mu and is one of the best‑preserved and largest tea forests in the Pearl River Delta region.

Azalea Garden

Azalea Garden is located in the area of Zhegu Peak and Tiequan Peak on Xiqiao Mountain. Covering about 60 mu, the garden mainly grows over 100 varieties of azaleas, including red‑flowered, white‑flowered, pink‑flowered, yellow‑flowered, purple‑flowered, and variegated azaleas. In December 2016, it was approved as the "Foshan Ecological Science Popularisation Demonstration Base."

Kowloon Rock

Kowloon Rock is located in the central‑southern part of Xiqiao Mountain, representing the beauty of the mountain's natural landscape. Walking up the Kowloon Rock trail, ancient vines and trees are visible on both sides, taking on various fascinating shapes that catch the eye. The main attractions within the scenic area include Zigu Well, Kowloon Rock, Zhanzi Lecture Rock, and Zhuhu Platform. Kowloon Rock lies in the canyon beside Longzhua Peak. The rock walls on both sides are twisted and craggy. On the eastern wall, a huge rock naturally forms nine interconnected holes, with alternating light and dark, high and low positions. Entering through the outer hole is like wriggling inside a snail shell, twisting left and right — a wonderfully thrilling experience — before finally emerging from the top of the cliff through the Tongtian Rock.
